Children of all ages are welcome here at The Yan, as a family friendly restaurant in Grasmere, our menu has been designed with our son, Oscar, in mind. It is full of nourishing seasonal treats and all made fresh in-house for these precious mouths... or in Oscar's case...the floor.
That, alongside our early dinner times makes us the perfect place for family feasts, or those celebratory generational meals that become core memories.
If you have specific dietary requirements, likes or dislikes, we are more than happy to cater for them, just let us know in advance.

SALMON PESTO PASTA. Pesto and orzo pasta with peas and house-smoked salmon. Or choose to go without salmon for a veggie option! £9.95 DF (V/Vg available)
Build Your Own Sundae
Now for the fun bit! Start with a big swirl of our soft serve, then make it your own. Add your favourite sauce, pile on the sprinkles, throw in some marshmallows or go wild with a bit of everything. Mix, match and make it as colourful, crunchy or completely bonkers as you like. There are no wrong answers when it comes to ice cream! £6.50 V/GF
