A National Park Volunteer-led guided walk around Grasmere village visiting a number of sites relevant to William Wordsworth and his poetry.

An Easy+ grade walk which begins at Dove Cottage and visits a number of sites in Grasmere village relevant to William Wordsworth, his family and his poetry. These include: Greenhead Ghyll, the location of his poem 'Michael'; Allan Bank, where the Wordworths' lived from 1808 to 1811; Easedale Beck, part of one of William and Dorothy's favourite walks; the site of the Parsonage (now demolished) where the Wordworths' moved to in 1811 and the Wordsworth family graves in St Oswald's churchyard.
